“I’m so grateful to Liz for building my website. She really took the time to understand my business, asked thoughtful questions about my vision and brand, and turned it into something better than I imagined.
She was a pleasure to work with and the entire process was seamless and stress-free.
I highly recommend her if you want someone who truly cares about your project and can bring your brand to life.”
— Kayden Cooper, Owner of Tack Room TavernYou built your business because you love the thing you’re sharing and the community you’ve grown around it.
And you’ve felt the magic that comes from friendships founded in shared sparks and experiences.
In your industry, people aren’t just buying a product or service. They’re leaning into a life they’re excited about.
They’re connecting with the experience, the identity, and the individuals who gather around it.
But when marketing feels scattered or inconsistent, it becomes difficult to communicate what makes your business special.
And when it comes to building systems that hold engagement and reach more of the right people - things can feel frustrating and time consuming.
Maybe you’ve thought…
“We have something special here but we struggle to explain it in a way that attracts the right people”
“I haven’t had the capacity to put the kind of effort into marketing that actually drives results”
“Our messaging feels scattered”
“Creating a full-time marketing role feels like overkill”
Figuring out how to turn your story into newsletters, blogs, email and content systems that consistently bring people in can quickly become overwhelming or fall to the bottom of the list.
That’s why my work focuses on three things:
✓ Clarifying your messaging and unique offerings
✓ Building funnels that guide people from one step to the next in their buyer journey
✓ Creating content that keeps your clients engaged and takes work off your plate
Hi, I’m Liz
I’m a copywriter with a passion for storytelling and making cool memories with the people I love.
My work background is in restaurants, nonprofits and marketing. Years ago, I moved from the suburbs of Philly to a small ranching town in western Colorado, where I received a dual bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science with a specialization in writing. I’ve spent the last 10 years moving around the Western Slope, coming to understand the meaning of the word family in every new town that’s welcomed me with open arms.
It was 2016 on a Saturday morning in a college classroom, making a sign for a homecoming float with other politics club weirdos, when I realized that having a real community was the thing I’d been missing all my life.
That’s when I learned that diving into new spaces - alongside people who prioritize creative ways of showing up for one another - is how you find your people.
Since then - I've felt that feeling on a Friday night with my coworkers while getting our asses handed to us behind the bar, on my lunch breaks when I go to spin classes with three of my favorite people… And that one time, on my first morning of living in a new town, when a friend of a friend (who I’d never met) invited me out to breakfast because she knew I didn’t know anyone.
I feel at home in these spaces of connection with good people, and most like myself when I’m writing about them - so more people can experience that feeling.
More recently, I’ve spent time learning how to turn those human stories into systems that build visibility, grow communities, and keep people coming back. Anyone who knows me knows I love writing about the things I think people should hear. Now I get to turn that instinct into impact storytelling, narrative building, and creating content systems that help those stories reach the right people.
I met one of my very best friends, Kayden, through my restaurant and nonprofit network in Durango, Colorado. A piece I wrote about her years ago captures the kind of feeling that I believe spaces built by cool people can help make happen within their communities:
“Every once in a while, you meet someone who reminds you of all the things you swore to yourself you’d live by - dancing, hugging, laughing as a priority - more important than clocking in and paying off loans. All the stuff you forgot about because life gets busy. If you’re lucky enough to have a Kayden in your life, you can remember to center the day to day around dancing, hugging and laughing. All the rest will come second, easily.”
If your business creates community and fosters friendship, I’m so excited to learn about it - and would love to help more people find their way to it.
